VOTE ON GRANT THEME & A-TEAM SLATES

Help decide GiVE 365's focus and leadership for the upcoming year by voting on your favorite grant theme and approving the Advisory Team slate. During the month of November, cast your vote by logging in to the GiVE 365 portal.

Note: Participation is open only to current GiVE 365 members. To vote, members may login to the GiVE 365 portal or submit their votes via a survey link in the November member eNews. If you are having issues logging in, email Aerial Ozuzu or call her at (901) 722-0022. 

JOIN A GRANT REVIEW TEAM

GiVE 365 members are given the opportunity to further engage in the grantmaking process by reviewing applications with a team and making thoughtful and objective recommendations for grant finalists. Grant review occurs throughout February and March each year. Specifically, team members are asked to:

  • Be current members of GiVE 365.
  • Register by FEBRUARY 1, 2023 to attend one of two team orientation sessions offered on February 16 and February 21.
  • Attend a February orientation session and the Grant Finalists Selection meeting in March. 
  • Read, sign, and adhere to conflict of interest and confidentiality documents.
  • Review all assigned grant proposals and score them objectively according to criteria given.

VOTE ON GRANTS

All members are invited to attend the Finals event in early April, where grant finalists selected by grant review teams will present their grant proposals. Come to the Finals to watch those 3-minute presentations in person or watch later, on YouTube. Then submit your top grant choices through a voting link sent immediately after the Finals OR by logging into the GiVE 365 portal. 

Note: Participation is open only to current GiVE 365 members, and only one vote per membership is allowed. To vote, members may log in to the GiVE 365 portal or submit their votes via an e-mailed survey link in April.  If you are having issues logging in, email Aerial Ozuzu or call her at (901) 722-0020.

The GiVE 365 membership is a group of Memphians who are united by the notion that together, we can do more to make our community better. We know that being a part of GiVE 365 is not the only way GiVErs are doing more for Memphis.
