Business support

Businesses that want to encourage community involvement and giving among their employees need look no further than GiVE 365.

Members can be as involved as they want to be - serving on a grant review team, attending brown bag lunches on community topics, cocktail mixers, and events with grantees. Or, they can simply vote for grants online and read the e-newsletter at home if they prefer. There are monthly opportunities for various levels of engagement.

Some companies such as Legacy Wealth Management; Reynolds, Bone and Griesbeck; and The Hyde Family Foundations have actively encouraged employees to join and have either fully or partially matched employee memberships. At least one company chose a particular amount they were willing to donate and matched all new employee memberships up to that amount.

A couple of smaller companies have sponsored one or two employees at the $365 level so that employees could participate without paying anything.

Another possibility for supporting GiVE 365 is underwriting event costs. Since we don’t take the costs of operating GiVE 365 from the membership donations, help with our larger events is always appreciated. These events provide a better opportunity to recognize company sponsorship on collateral and marketing pieces and in remarks at the actual event.
